You should do these two steps when you notice someone was accidentally checked out during your shift.

What are 1) Ask them where their mask is. If they have a mask ask them to put one on.
2) If the Resident does not have a mask: remind them they are required to wear a Face Mask within all University Housing including Sutter Dining (unless they are at their table eating). 3) Before providing them a mask: a. Gather their information in the Mask Log. b. Inform the Resident that you will be calling the RA on Duty to document the resident for not wearing a mask. c. Provide the resident with a disposable mask. 4) DA will then call the RA on duty and provide them with the resident’s information (name, building, room, ID number). (Resident does not need to wait for RA at the desk). 5) RA on Duty will then submit a Policy Violation Maxient Report for the resident not wearing their mask.
