When a lifeguard gives you the "go ahead." Campers must meet the height requirement to slide. No life jackets or "buddy riding" is permitted on the slide.
When are summer campers (and leaders!) allowed to use the outdoor swimming pool and water slide?

SAC: Sit with campers, help with food service, eat own lunch, monitor camper behaviour, dismiss campers with volunteers. Return to Curling Rink by 12:30pm.
Golf, Ultimate: Ensure all campers have a lunch, have all campers eat prior to playing at the park, monitor bathroom use.
