What is scale
I'd like to implement a campus-wide bot that supports over 50,000 current students and triple that for prospective students. I'd like to align the project specifically with enrollment and retention outcomes outlined in my strategic plan.
What is starts at $11k plus a one time onboarding fee of $2,500 so $13,500 for your first year.
I'd like a web bot for just our admissions team to field questions from prospective students after hours. What is the cost for something like that?
What is 8 hours
How many hours are included a month in the $500/month bot training?
What is grow
The web bot is most important to me especially for lead generation, but I also want to follow up with the new leads generated and continue to proactively nurture them.
What is starts at $17,500 for the grow platform including two playbooks (retain and remote), plus an additional $2/student so $37,500 and a one time onboarding fee of $5,000. All in your annual cost would be right around $40k.
I'd like a bot for current students to help improve retention rates and the utilization of services offered to them on campus. In addition, academic success has declined significantly with the shift to hybrid learning and I'd like a way to use some of the flags in Canvas and predictive analytics to proactively nudge and remind students about the risk of academic probation, or reminders about where to go for hybrid learning support. I would like to start with our first year students in particular, which is 10,000 students.
1. onboarding fee
2. Additional department fee 3. Shifting from $2/student to $1/student
What order should a rep present discounting?
What is get started (with optional texting trial)
For now my resources are strapped and I need something to just increase my team's efficiency and answer the FAQs we're being inundated with. We're texting with Slate today and it's working fine for now. Really focused on just providing a better student experience and encouraging self help.
What is $27,000 for just the software ($10,000 platform fee, $5k persistence, $12,000 per student texting) and services start at an additional $12k for 5 hours of services from our team a month. So range is generally $27k-$50k depending on the level of services.
I'm a community college and I'd like to text with 12,00 FTE current and prospective students. I'm also thinking about using CARES act funding to hire someone full time to manage this so I'd be open to managed services.
A core playbook is recruit, retain or persist. Those are core because they are our original and most robust knowledge bases and script libraries and they cover a wide range of subtopics. Specialized playbooks are things like remote learning, athletics, alumni, IT etc. and help with a narrower use case and outcome. They are still robust, but have fewer subtopics and breadth as the core playbooks.
Please explain the difference between a core and specialized playbook

What is free
I'm not sure what the volume is on our website but I want a way for my admissions staff to field questions during business hours and cut down on the emails and calls. I don't have any budget right now for a bot but would like to build a case internally.
What is starts at $22,000 for unlimited pages and scales from there depending on the number of students. I would say anywhere between $22-$40k for the software.
I'm a small school and I know I want a campus-wide bot to support prospective and current students, but I'm not sure if I'd want just web or web with texting. what's the range?
For each school they would purchase:
1. A new department/platform fee 2. The admissions playbook (even though it's been purchased once) 3. Per student rate that mirrors liberal arts per student rate 4. You can waive onboarding
IUPUI current has texting for admissions for their liberal arts college. The school of engineering and the school of nursing are interested in implementing the same strategies that the school of Liberal Arts has seen success with. They are different teams and would want to use many of the understandings in the IUPUI bot, but also want it to be separate with engineering/nursing specific answers. What would their pricing look like?

What is scale OR what is get started/grow plus bot training add on
I want bot training beyond my first 90 days of implementation
What is $12,000 (generic KB plus ongoing bot training) plus $2,500 onboarding
I'd like to to launch a web bot to support dining services and answer student questions related to meal plans. It would support the full campus of 50,000 students. I also want you all to do full bot training for me beyond onboarding.
What is You will get 20 hours of bot training for get started, 30 hours for grow, and 30 hours for scale during onboarding and then continuous bot training in scale for 5 hours/month. 80% of our partners require fewer than 8 hours a month of bot training post launch, which you could manage on your own or buy ongoing bot training.
Can you tell me about bot training during onboarding? How much time will I get and will that be enough?
