Provided premiums are paid, employees who are unable to work because of a governmental mandated business closure will be considered Actively Working under the policy through 5/31/20. So, yes!

If an employee calls in and is self-quarantining and wanting to file for disability, how do you handle the call?
You never discourage them to file a claim. Treat it the same as any COVID-19 disability claim and you can advise them it needs to be medically supported.
