Agendas are sent electronically to all members prior to the meeting in order to prepare Child care services are offered when applicable. Documents requiring approval are shared electronically in advance for members to review and prepare discussion points. Agendas, Minutes, and binders are stored at the admin office and provided to PC during Monthly Meetings to update.
