Affiliations: This allows students a clear transfer pathway, and a discount.

A student shares that they would like to use Financial Aid. This is the required disclosure.

What is 24-48 working hours?
Emails must be responded to or closed (if no response is necessary) within this time frame.

What is an unofficial transcript?
This allows us to gain insight into a student's prior education and recommend accurate course recommendations when AEP-ing.

What is DNC Request?
(This prevents students from receiving phone communication if they re-inquire in future. If student states they do not want phone calls or emails, Admission counselor sets disposition as DNC, and needs to select “email opt out” in Unify to prevent student from receiving emails.)
This should only be used if a student asked to no longer receive phone call communication.

Program Knowledge: These three programs require a specific associates degree for admission.

What are thanking the student for sharing, and offering OAC information?
These components are appropriate for proper ADA discussion.

What is 20-25 calls?
This is the minimum expected number of daily calls.

This form allows ESS to look into a student's high school, accreditation, and on occasion, ESS might request more information than this form.

These are the proper (4-5) next steps after dispositioning "hung up" from an IRT transfer.

What are a PSPR, and a change request within?
Unify Process: Your student is upset with their transfer credits and wants to look at 3 programs to see what their credits might look like. This is your next step (and don't forget this within the next step).

This approved language can be shared with the student regarding what financial aid consists of.
