Who are Stakeholders?
These are the people who we need to share evaluation findings with. Ex.: Funders, Participants, Volunteers, Community Members, Staff

What is Quantitative?
These are numerical measures (Numbers! Numbers! Numbers!) that show the changes that have been made.

What is a logic model?
A graphical representation of how the program is expected to work

What are Outputs?
The immediate results of our program activities and services, usually numeric, or the deliverables (hard product) that we create as a result of our activities.

What is Qualitative?
These measures do not involve numbers, and instead focus on descriptions of changes, testimonials, and stories of change

When is the beginning of program planning?
The point in the program period when you should start thinking about evaluating the program

What are Outcomes?
Changes in behaviour, attitude, skills, condition, knowledge resulting from program activities.

What are Indicators?
The measurements that you’ll track to determine if you’ve achieved your outcomes.

What is Baseline Data OR Conditions
Information that tells you where you are starting from, where your participants are at at the beginning of your program

What is Process Evaluation?
Determines whether program activities have been implemented as intended and resulted in certain outputs. Used to improve future activities.

What are Tools for Measurement?
Examples include: Surveys, Focus Groups, Interviews, Art Projects, Census Data

The person is responsible for creating a logical model at the beginning of the program period
