Call or Text Primary letting them know that the elevator is broken and that they should have someone come out to fix it on the next business day. Additionally, inform them that you have shut it down and that no people were or are in it

Someone comes to the front desk on Saturday night at 9:30pm and says that they cant get into their room because the key has been demagnatized. What do you do?
Since its a weekend, you call the GC and have them go to the room to verify that they key doesnt work. Once its been verified, you take the old key, and issue the guest a new key from the lockout box. You submit a service request and fill out the lockout log. You put the old key into the "key" black box behind the front desk so Gary can pick it up.

You get the guests room number and contact information and inform them that you will follow up with your supervisor to see if geting them a fridge is possible. Call the GC and see if they can get a fridge from a different room into this guests room. Then contact the guest back and move the fridge. If no fridges, inform them that you cant do it and you are sorry for the inconvience.

A group leader from Summer Bridge comes to the front desk at 10:00am on Monday their checkin day and says that on floor 6 none of there students have any linens in the rooms. What do you do?
You get the contact information down of the group leader and say you will contact your supervisor ASAP to try and get this solved. Call the GC, then the GC will most likely call Secondary or ACC and find the linens. If the GC already knows where the linens are and can get the linens to summer bridge then they wouldn't call Secondary or ACC
