If an existing WF customer (with an existing profile on SVP) is referred by the branch to BBAS, the branch team member would obtain written consent to refer the customer to BBAS if the customer has a privacy restriction on their profile. That element would fulfill our consent requirement. Potetial customers wouldn’t be scrubbed by BBAS/RBRM. However, if the referral comes from BBAS, then it is customer initiated or BBAS has already obtain and documented customer consent
