Zack has a home policy that is on a 2-payment plan. The policy is on direct bill and has a due date of the 15th. His first installment was due on 03/15 and he paid it on time. This is the date is next installment would be due.

What is a loss payee?
If an insured has an additional interest listed and a lien/lease on their auto policy this is the type of contact you will see listed in Billing Center on the policy level.

What is $100?
Insured Shelly is on a monthly payment plan. The effective dates of her policy are 02/18/20-02/18/21 and her due date is the 18th. She has the amount of $200 for her first monthly installment on her renewal. She paid $300, this is the amount her next installment.

Invoice fees are assessed on all direct bill/responsive plans other than a full pay, except on this installment.
